Three-five milliliters of fasting elbow venous blood was collected from all participants and stored in -40 ℃ refrigerator after centrifugation. Roche 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer (Swiss) was used to detect the biochemical indexes of patients, including fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), etc. Chemerin level was detected by the double-antibody sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (Runyu Biotechnology Co.,Ltd, Shanghai). Hcy level was detected by microparticle enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Jinma Biotechnology Co., Ltd, Shanghai).
