【產(chǎn)品原文引用】Neurotransmitter levels in chicken brain tissues were determined by enzyme-linked 

immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits (Jinma, Shanghai, China). The levels of dopamine (DA), norepinephrine (NE), serotonin (5-TH), and acetylcholine (Ach) were detected according to the instructions. The ELISA experiment involved three technical and three biological replicates. Analyzed the absorbance value based on the color reaction with a microplate reader at 450 nm.
